What is Life Group?
This is the place you need to be if you are new to faith or have the desire to grow and enrich your faith through discussions, friendship and prayer in the company of others who are like minded.

When can you Attend?
We meet in a small group every third Thursday of the month from 7 to 8:45pm.

We are currently studying Mark's Gospel using the Bible study guides from 'Mark for Everyone' by Tom Wright.

We would like to welcome anyone to join the group.
Please speak to Anna on 0121 5560687 for further information.

We are proud of our local schools and we try our best to support them.

Wood Green High School Academy
We run a drop in session for student every Tuesday at lunch time. The vicar also takes assemblies and helps in RE lessons occasionally.

Mesty Croft Academy
We take assemblies fortnightly and the church is often represented at various occasions.
The vicar is also a Community Director in the school governing council. Last summer we launched the Time Travel Event where Year 3 pupils spent a whole day in church learning about Christian faith. The event was a great success and we hope to be able to hold it every year.

- If you would like to help or know more about our work with schools, please contact the vicar.

Kelvadon House,

The Shrewsbury

It is always a pleasure to see some of the residents joining us for Sunday service accompanied by those who care for them.

Please let us know if you have someone you would like us to visit.

WHAT IS ALPHA?
Alpha is a simple and rewarding way for anyone who wishes to explore Christian faith.

WHO IS ALPHA FOR?
Whether you are ready to commit yourself to Christian faith or not Alpha will provide you with an open and non judgemental introduction to important issues about Christian faith.
It is also ideal especially for:
• Those new to Christian faith
• Those who want to brush up on the basics of Christian faith
• Testing your belief in the light of Christian faith

WHAT'S INVOLVED?
There is a meal together at the beginning of each session which gives you a relaxed opportunity to get to know others in the group.
Listen, Learn, discuss and discover. And ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question is too simple or too hostile
The Alpha course consists of series of talks looking at different topics relevant to Christian faith.

WHAT WILL IT COST?
There is no charge for the Alpha course but a donation towards the expenses of the meetings will be highly appreciated.

Fed up of being stuck at home looking at the same four walls or worse, watching daytime TV?

There is no church service or religious theme as the event is there to provide a neighbourly service to the community. The event is for men and women of all ages.
